3 Unique Ways to Start Conversations with Women

It’s pretty clear for everyone: boring men don’t have nearly as much success as those that have cool things to say. And it all starts the moment you open your mouth. A great pick-up artist once said that if you say one or 2 interesting things, a girl will say “That’s interesting!” But if you say 10 interesting things, they’ll say “You’re interesting!”

And that should be your goal. To reach a point where most of the things you say will get everyone to be receptive to them.

Now I can’t do this for you in one article. But what I can do is give you a few very unique ways to start conversations with girls… that will make you stand out… allow you to sit down with them… and eventually land you a phone number or even an instant date and a venue change.

#1 Ask a really funny question about someone else in the venue

Making fun of someone else is one of the easiest ways to start a conversation. If you’re in a club, there’s always a guy who’s had too much to drink and is now making a little too much noise. There’s always a girl who dressed way too provocative and there’s always a bunch of guys with ridiculous dance moves.

Take your pick, just as long as you make it funny. And the best way to do that is to add the “love&sex” ingredient. For instance, you can ask them…

Hey, that guy over there is really drunk and he’s telling everyone he wants to marry you. Do you want me to tell him you’re interested?

Excuse me, do you see that girl over there? I really like her and she’s obviously relationship material but I have no idea what to say. Can you give me an idea?

Excuse me, which ones of those amazing dancers do you like best? I could totally see you right there in the middle busting a few moves. I can talk to them and convince them to let you join them…

#2 Wear something interesting

A leather bracelet, a tie or even a pocket square. These are all accessories that stand out, particularly in clubs. But they’re good for one more thing: opening conversations.

If you’re wearing a pink pocket square, for instance, you can open a set by asking:

Excuse, me, I have a quick question. Do you think that men who wear pink are immature and irresponsible?

A little fashion sense can go a long way with women. Now, you don’t have to be a style expert but you should know enough to open a conversation and talk about the basics.

Another way to enter a set would be to ask:

Hey, do you think my bracelet should match my belt or my pants?

The next step is to contradict her. If she says you should match it with your pants, tell her that the rule is to match leather accessories. If, on the contrary, she says you should match it your belt, tell her that casual style has no such rules and that you can match anything with anything.

The trick with opinion openers is to always contradict them. Otherwise you’re stuck saying “Thanks” and walk away. Always have an answer no matter how she responds.

#3 Talk about something she’s wearing

Ok, so maybe you don’t like fashion and dressing up. That’s not a problem. This will work even if you’re the worst dressed guy in the club, provided that you approach a girl who’s standing out. Look at something unique that she’s wearing and talk about that.

If you don’t know what to say (heck, who could care less about women’s fashion), try something along the lines of…

You wanna hear a funny fact? That exact purse you’re wearing is on the no-no list of this year’s fashion fads.

Okay! Now that I’ve given you these examples, I’m sure it’s easy for you to come up with even more interesting ways to start conversations with women. You just have to take a few minutes and ponder at them. Of course, there’s a lot more to talk about when it comes to talking with girls but, as you can imagine, the conversation starter is THE single most important thing.
